With skills and tools rooted in psychology, somatics, mindfulness, and neuroscience, we can address the root cause(s) of your challenges by working directly with your body, nervous system, psyche, and emotions. Hi, I am Kathleen.

My life’s work and study has always been in the healing arts, beginning with the study and practice of therapeutic fitness, yoga, and meditation. Adding to my skills and education over many years, I developed a practice as a movement therapist, combining the modalities of life coaching, therapeutic movement, yoga, pilates, orthopedic massage, breath work, mediation and energy work into one practice.

The last 10 years my attention has been concentrated in the areas of nervous system balancing, somatic healing, psychology, emotional development, chronic illness, and the study of consciousness. One of my areas of expertise is in the realm physical health and how it is directly informed by the state of the nervous system. I have a great deal of personal and professional experience working with the relationship between stress, chronic illness, and trauma. I have a skill and passion for the path of transformational healing and for facilitating this for others. More is possible than you know!
