I understand that each client is unique and my intention is to help you discover your best approach to healing.
While I provide direct support with creating and navigating a plan to address stress and health challenges in your daily life, I also provide deep support for the nervous system, psyche, trauma and emotions.
I draw from many potent modalities including NLP, IFS, somatic experiencing, mindfulness, movement therapy and breathwork to name a few. I combine these modalities to create a healing approach that is just right for you in any given moment.
My work is from the top down and the bottom up, meaning that I directly address the body and the mind as they relate to one another. In this way we can create deep and lasting change.
I will offer strategies and practices to help you strengthen and integrate the work we do together and teach you how to integrate these changes into your life with support, consistency, and accountability.
