I understand that each client is unique and my intention is to help you discover your best approach to healing.
While I provide direct support with creating and navigating a plan to address stress and health challenges, I also provide deep support for the nervous system, psyche, trauma and emotions.
I draw from many potent modalities including NLP, IFS, somatic experiencing, mindfulness, movement therapy and breathwork to name a few, to create a healing approach that is just right for you in any given moment. My work is from the top down and the bottom up, directly addressing the body and mind as they relate to one another. In this way we can create deep and lasting change.
I will then help you to integrate these changes into your life with support, consistency, and accountability. I will offer strategies and practices to help you strengthen and integrate the work we do together.
Together we can build your healing plan and health support team, if needed, and navigate the many modalities, diets, and approaches to healing that may be of benefit to you.
